The following parameter requirements in the Portlet 2.0 Spec document were
accidentally omitted from the Portlet 3.0 Spec document:
1) Section PLT.11.1.1.4 titled "Resource Request Parameters"
{quote}If a resource parameter is set that has the same name as a render
parameter, the render parameter must be the last entry in the parameter value
array.\{quote}
2) Section PLT.11.1.2 titled "Public Render Parameters"
{quote}If a action or resource parameter has the same name as a public render
parameter the public render parameter values must be the last entries in the
parameter value array.\{quote}
