Hi Jussi, Reviewing the sfacctd code after your report, i see input and output interfaces being not correctly decoded. The issue is localized to only sFlow v5 and interfaces not reported in the "expanded encoding" format.
I've fixed the issue which is now committed to the CVS. Can you give it a try and confirm you now see it working? This will be nicely part of 0.12.0 rc3 release which is due in a few days.
