OK. This makes sense - even if WMC normally contains more information
than an capabilities document especially when you want to combine
more than one WMS to one application. In this case you will probably
have to do some scripting.

I prefer the GPL (or LGPL) licence since it protects the freedom of
the software better than the MIT style licence. But since you are
the main author it should be your choice. Right now we have
classified p.mapper having a MIT style licence on FreeGIS.org
anyway. Our contribution is not dependend on which Free Software
licence is chosen - it just has to be free licence :-)
