I have already included RESULT HYPERLINK "----", in MAPFILE.
The problem is that I do changes in the custom.js even cancelling instructions
and the result does not vary, so I guess I am not working on the appropriate
file.

Then it will appear and You can call it from custom.js. See documentation.

No, but You can write plugin by yourself.
