Hackett said it was wrong to get into the war but now that we were there
we couldn't leave. In my book that does not make him anti-war. It makes
him what he was, a Dem who like too many of them support the war. He was
just another opportunist who wanted to take advantage of his one year in
Iraq which can hardly be compared to say, one year in Vietnam.
I'm glad he is out too..
