Progressive News & Views (since 1982)

From: "PEGGY" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
I've seen Paul on television calling for immediate withdrawal. He was the
Democrat's ONLY chance for winning in Ohio. Chuck Shumer had the Democratic
Party pull the funding for Hackett and dedicated it to Brown, an unknown
non-descript congressman, who will never win. Paul had national name
recognition. He almost beat Schmidt in an all red state. He could have done
it this time and been a dynamite voice for progressive views. It pains me to
see the Democrats shooting themselves in the foot over and over and over
again. They appear to be walking lockstep right over the cliff and into the
bottomless sea. Amazing. They must live in a bubble as big as Bush's.--Peggy
