Pekka I tested 0.7rc2 on Darwin (OSX). Three issues:
1. cl_platform.h needs to be amended according to the patch below. This modifies a section that applies only on Apple systems. 2. ViennaCL doesn't build on my system, apparently because my version of Boost is too new. This leads to a C++ build failure, before pocl is invoked. Although these tests fail, I want to count this as "expected to fail" because the error is unrelated to OpenCL. 3. Configuring and building on Darwin is a bit more complex that I'd like it to be.
