Thank you very much for your modification -- build process finishes now.

Now I'll try to find a way to use it. I did "sudo make install". BUT

$ ./ocl_test
finds only one platform: "Advanced Micro Devices"

$ ./run_dummy_icd_through_our_ICDL
claims that "Error LIG platform not found!"

What is expected output for this tools when one OpenCL platform is already 
installed?

PS "make check" still fails after the same error: "ocl_test_icdl.c:27: warning: 
expected [error|warning|ignored] after ‘#pragma GCC diagnostic’"
