Since ocl-icd 2.0, this variable can point either
- to the directory containing ICD files (as before)
- to an *.icd file (only this ICD will be considered)
- or even directly to the shared library (ie the content of
  a classical *.icd file)

See libOpenCL(7) for more details (in ocl-icd >= 2.0)
