I think it's worth pursuing solely for the fact that cmake
build support should make the native Windows port of pocl one more
step easier. It cannot replace the autotools build yet, but maybe
there's no need for that.

Now that we do not use shell scripts in the kernel compiler and there
seems to be pre-built LLVM/Clang Windows binaries with an installer
available, I'm not sure a pocl Windows port would be THAT much work.
But we do not know before a Windows developer attempts to do it.

Is the branch in a stable state for merging to master now?
Are you ready to maintain the cmake build support in pocl in case we do?
