Hi,
thanks for the patch. I missed that, due to fseeko()/ftello() being
used in the code directly. I found that it's due to it being taken care
of in src/base/PdfCompilerCompatPrivate.h in a slightly different way.
I copied that part, rather than that yours, because it's proved to
work. The header file cannot be used in the tools, because it's out of
the src/ directory (generally speaking).
I committed it as revision 1831:
