Finally found the problem....thanks to a friend using a newer version Excel...
The problem was that there were some worksheets with duplicate names ( the process renames the sheet to match the file name from which the data came from...) In the flow multiple calls to the same output were made using different selection criteria. I modified the process to rename the duplicate sheets & the problem is resolved....maybe if my version of Excel had actually created an error log (as it said it would...) I would have found this already. Thanks for the assistance!!! We had similar effects when copying and changig templates. Building the templates from the scratch the problems were away. In our case it has shown some "Unknown Ptg" warnings in that case.
