noticed they'd be nice and quick. I'll look forward to the CommentAtom

Great. We'll also need a declaration from you, but I think Andrew has

Also, it'd be great if you could write up some documentation on how the
comment records stuff works. Our current documentation on stuff that isn't
documented / not as per public documentation lives in
src/documentation/content/xdocs/hslf/ppt-file-format.xml
If you do fancy writing something for there, that'd be great
