Definitely yes. That's what http://pok3d.com/ does.

Your best option is to checkout the CVS from
http://gna.org/projects/underware/ and build from the files found in
envwin32 module. That will give you the poker 3d client (including the
poker-network files you need).
This client can be run using the graphics from pok3d.com.
And from there you can customize the software as you like. And
send your modifications back to this list so that it is shipped with the
next release ;-)
