        With what i suggest you will have a poker3d windows
bundle. From there you will have to extrapolate in order to create a 
poker2d windows bundle. 

        I suggest you try without cygwin, using a native gtk+ windows
binary. I'm not a windows developer or user myself though : take my 
advices with care ;-)
