Hello Loic,

you're right, pokenum.c sets the dead cards correctly. I didn't even 
realize that enumerate.c was part of the poker-enum project :) I'd just 
looked at the fish.c example and got a little confused. Anyways, it's 
not a big thing (as long as you know).
