I'll remove tiddlywiki from the upcoming 1.0.5 release, I guess this will
ease packaging.

I've added license header to proxy.php
http://hg.jpoker.aminche.com/rev/e1f06dfe90f2

About unittest.js and data.js: we are waiting for upstream to chose its
license.

About style.css it's part jquery.tablesorter.js theme packages, it may
be the same license scheme (GPL+MIT), but we should ask the upstream:
http://tablesorter.com/

I've added a GPL-2 COPYING
http://hg.jpoker.aminche.com/rev/cd0b7004a05b

Should I add all the license involved, i.e for dual licensed files ?
Can you ACK, that ihis would add the following files, in addition of
the GPL-2 COPYING: MIT GPL GPL-2 ?

Maybe we should ask jquery/jquery.tablesorter upstream about that?

Thanks for all your insights about proper licensing/packaging.
