That's a good question. You mean that pokerlistings uses a joker card
in 5 cards draw ?

It is unclear if it is the responsibility of the web service to reject
invalid hands or the user interface.
The webservice has very limited checks, therefore it votes in favor of
doing this in the user interface (JavaScript). However, if you feel
it's too much work you can leave this out for now.

What are the constraints on pokerlistings ? 5 cards on the board is
what I would expect in any Holdem /Omaha game, therefore I'm confused :-)
