Good catch. Please leave the variants involving a joker out for now.
There is a need for a patch for the poker-eval C library to either
support joker or not include joker in draw variants.

Sorry, I misunderstood your original question. There is no need to
enforce the same restriction as pokerlistings. I will rephrase your
question to avoid further misunderstanding on my part : "weodds makes
it impossible to have invalid hands. pokerlistings rejects some
combinations as invalid. Since the goal is to have a clone of
pokerlistings, should I enforce the same restriction ?" and my answer
would be "no, you're fine with the behavior that assumes a card that's
not specified is random".

Now I understand :-) Although it's not useful and any human being
would be able to figure out who won, it's not invalid either.
