If all messages are the same, we can have a hard time trying to find 
exactly the message is being rejected.

    Try changing the message, just insert some sequencial number (01, 
02, 03) .... so it will allow us to know exactly which policyd module is 
rejecting the message.

    Is it possible to do this small modification ?
