Thanks a lot for this patch. We have a problem occuring about once a month: one of our outbound mailservers which are all whitelisted gets blacklisted and therefore the mail is rejected. I wasn't able to track down this "bug"(?) yet. I hope the cause of this issue is the bug you mentioned, and I will apply the patch on monday. Have a nice weekend!
