changes:

    core:

        - BAD_MX was asigned twice.
Also BAD_MX gets now only logged if its value is non-zero.

The difference between BAD_MX and BOGUS_MX is:

BAD_MX: MX lookups of the FQDN of the sender argument gave an
                        empty or bad entry.
This is only harmfull if DNSBL listed as the FQDN
might be a hostname and an A lookup might succeed.
BAD_MX gets asigned in case of a hostname thoug, I
                        haven't found a way to separate machine123.example.tld
from subdomain.example.tld. That's the reason for
using this Penalty _only_ if DNSBL listed.

BOGUS_MX: Both, A and MX lookups of the FQDN sender argument
gave an bogus or empty entry.
                        Penalization regardless of DNSBL hits.
