But  forbiddenFile  doesn't   :=(
No wonder the functionality doesn't work.
Hopefully  someone with understanding of the code (and compiler) can help soving
the error.

Never mind. To sum it up, imvho Polipo is a great little program but,
unfortunately, the port to native Win32 is not yet ripe. Assuming the version
included in the Tor bundle is this same executable,  methinks they were ill
advised to distibute it as a replacement for Privoxy, at this stage.
