Are you kidding me?  Secret Wars are about as American as you can
get.   Red-white-and-blue waving Ollie North was involved in a secret
war, as was Ronald Reagan.  The CIA has been in many secret wars, and
if they can back mass-murdering genocidists, all the better!

Hell, if you are concerned about secret wars, Al Queda conducting
secret wars makes them about as American as Apple Pie.  In fact, Bush
Jr may give them one of those medals he hands out, hither and yon.
