McCain threatened the National Enquirer last week for their previous
issue about Palin's little poke-in-the-whiskers-fest with her
husband's business partner, McCain hasn't sued, and the NE published
even more this week.

Somehow I think McCain's threat was a bluff, and that the last thing
in the world they want is to have tried in a public court the
information about Sarah's aldutery--my, the discovery process alone
would be fabulous!

Like with Edwards, the NE reportedly had outside vetters and peer
reviewers vet the articles first.

Apparently they believe their information is solid and can withstand a
lawsuit. It looks like McCain doesn't feel that Sarah's past sexual
can withstand a lawsuit, however.

Dang, it must suck to be you right now.
