Define minute.

America has reams and reams and reams of regulation.
In fact, such has EXPLODED in recent decades.

In America, one can hardly do *anything* without obtaining
the Government's permission, following the Government's
mandates and edicts.

Such has ZERO to do with capitalism.

Additionally, Free Trade REQUIRES no Government intervention
as well (hence "free") ... which is NOT practiced in America
either.

There *IS* a reason capitalism and free trade go 'hand-in-hand'.
Too bad NEITHER are prevalent nor practiced.

While the Pobble was in the water some unidentified creatures
came and ate his toes off, and when he got home his aunt remarked:
It's a fact the whole world knows, That Pobbles are happier
without their toes, which is funny because it has a meaning,
and one might even say a political significance. For the whole
theory of authoritarian government is summed up in the statement
that Pobbles are happier without their toes. -- George Orwell
