I don't keep my firearms in a gun safe.
You use too broad a definitition of the terms "conservative" and
"liberal". I am fiscally conservative and socially liberal. It is
quite rational to have conservative views on one issue and rather
liberal views on another. Simplistic black/white thinking hinders
rational discussion. I'm 59 years old and can say from my own
experience the vast majority of fellow Vietnam-era veterans are rather
liberal. And yes, most of us own firearms and are quite proficient in
the use of same. It's irresponsible and inflamatory of people such as
yourself to even suggest our political differences will eventually be
settled with gunfire in the streets. We are Americans, we settle our
political differences in the voting booth.
Your bravado is misplaced and ignorant.
