Practicing Plumbing without a License?

He works for a man that is in FACT Licensed, just as my Brother used
to BEFORE he Licensed himself to start his own Business; who the
Hell's Business do you think he wants to BUY?!?!?!?!?!

It seems some don't understand how small Businesses are run in this
Nation.
