Keith - It was my sense that Berg wants a decision, either way. Apparently he has the appeal ready to go.
Savage, on the other hand, was livid - fomenting a constitutional crisis. But, Savage goes ballistic over liberals eating in the same restaurant. Still, he's no one's fool. Another interesting point made by Berg is that there's no specific government agency tasked to address this specific type of fraud, essentially because it's never happened before. Savage came close to a heart attack. Meanwhile, I still suspect Obama will, by hook or crook, confront the issue in Hawaii - rather than Pennsylvania. We'll see.
