says that one Michael Brown was shot in the front - not the back - and a
leak from the St. Louis County Medical Examiner's Office

says there was marijuana in his system, it's time to spread yet more
details that St. Louis media is reporting and it isn't getting the national
attention warranted:
- At this point, Dorian Johnson, Michael Brown's
friend/cohort/accomplice, is not being charged with anything. It would be
way too much of a circus.
- Johnson's lawyer, Freeman Bosley, Jr., is a former mayor of the City
of St. Louis. He served one term and was summarily bounced out of office
by another black man. Not going to elaborate on the local opinion of
Brother Freeman.
- The good, peaceful people of Ferguson are spending their days cleaning
up after the rioters and looters - who are not from there. They are also
setting up camp in strip mall parking lots and providing food for law
enforcement who are exhausted. They are also not getting much sleep and
the police from day one have blocked off residential streets for their
protection.
- A local television station, KSDK, broadcast from in front of Officer
Darren Wilson's house. There are now protests by a group boycotting KSDK
at the station, which is on a BIG street in the middle of downtown, not
even a mile from the Arch. So far, the looters have not followed, but
counter-protesters have. Just imagine what tear gas under the Arch would
look like.
- We still do not know where Darren Wilson is - and that's a good thing.
This is a big state. A lot of places to hide.
- The local school district, Ferguson-Florissant, is closed for security
reasons and they are using up all their snow days.
- The St. Louis County websites were hacked last week and are still
down. (This is inconveniencing the rest of us.)
Details that the mainstream media - including nearly ALL national level
conservative outlets - are fudging:
- Michael Brown was a "teenager". He was 18. In Missouri, at 18 one is
considered an adult.
- Michael Brown was "unarmed." He was 6 foot 4 and went 292. At that
size, he doesn't need "arms" as in a firearm. He IS a lethal weapon.
- The looters and rioters are not the same as the protesters. Actual
protesters go home at a certain point. The violence is being fed by The
Black Panthers and at least the Washington Post is reporting

that some of them are from Oakland.
- St. Louis has a race problem. Yes, and it goes back generations and
has more twists and turns than the small intestine. Segregation went away
late, and desegregation did very few any favors. The "projects" were an
experiment that did not work. (Almost all of them are gone.) Black
neighborhoods were bought out for airport expansion, but no one would buy
out the one that would allow extension of the innerbelt which now dead ends
into a shopping center. This is the stuff no one outside of this area
knows. It's very complicated and will not be solved with more black
officers hired in black parts of the metro region, especially when they
don't work out.
Now that Gov. Nixon has played into the hands of the race baiters and has
called in the National Guard (they have F-18s, too) things are getting more
precarious. Ferguson is right in the landing pattern for the airport. One
wrong shot and the FAA is going to have a fit. Here in St. Louis, people
are at each other's throats on social media. It's been really ugly.
And what makes us all mad is that several very good, competent people who
have been in public service for decades now have tarnished reputations
because Eric Holder and company didn't like the answers they were getting -
even if they've done these jobs since the first Bush administration and we
here are happy with their performance as evidenced by their repeated
election wins.
What a mess. Please, make it stop.
