It doesn't usually cost that much Travis.  As a matter of fact, it's been
proven that it's usually cheaper to keep a prisoner locked up in a cell
than it is to execute him.

Moreover,  Death is the "Easy Way Out".  If a Son-Of-A-Bitch did it, his
fate is far worse locked up in a ten by ten Hell Hole than letting him die.
