No qualms with protecting one's own property, and when a criminal is caught in the proverbial act....Where I have a dilemma, is when the government goes to executing folks, and then when it's discovered that there was a mistake; what happens? "Whoopsie! We made a little boo-boo! Here's ten grand, and the rest of your family.....Have a nice life!"
