HI Keith. The 70th anniversary of the bombing of Dresden a few days ago was a day of reflection in Britain. And as usual there was controversy. The BBC in it's usual anti-British bent went overboard and it's day long coverage and was roundly criticized. Mostly for focusing on the victims and having only one interview with a British soldier who was a POW in the city. Mr. Gregg. It never mentioned the sacrifices of Bomber Command, the Blitz or the bombing of Canterbury, Portsmouth, Halifax or the many other cities bombed.
They even said that the bombing of Dresden was "worse than anything the Nazis did".
