"The Iranians are blatantly taunting our forces out there," said U.S. Navy Admiral Herbert Shank, "Clearly, they're trying to provoke an incident." Photos released Wednesday morning by the Pentagon show an Iranian heavy destroyer displaying the international sign of disrespect as it comes dangerously close to a U.S. naval vessel (below).
