Pluto, Infanticide in the United States is considered killing an infant who is below the age of 12 months. This would include what is termed, "Partial Birth" abortions; *e.g*.; an abortion when the baby is past a certain age in the womb, (In general, it's sometime during the third trimester of a woman's pregnancy).
President Obama did in fact support partial birth abortions; Obama as a State legislator also voted against a bill that would have protected aborted babies who were alive after the abortion. I don't like these "FactCheck" sites, because several of them have a very biased opinion on their purported "Facts".
