You know back in the 1970s in Germany, you never saw Polizei without automatic weapons and all of them being heavily armed. This changed sometime in the 1990s, and when I was living there a few years ago, you rarely saw the type of weaponry that I remember seeing back in the 1970s. I believe the weaponry is once again beginning to increase, but this is nothing new....
