Before elections here, we get a voter instruction booklet.  It has a listing of 
languages available to get proposition, etc. information for each election.  I 
don't recall how many were on the list, but it seemed lengthy.  I don't know if 
there's any option to pick a specific language not listed.
When I worked in a Hollywood hospital, we had a card with several languages 
listed with instructions on how to get a translator by phone.  I think it had 
17 languages.  Several were Asian.

I can't find the info on NJ, but I know it has at least as many as NY, in 
addition to English there have:
   
   - Albanian
   - Arabic
   - Bosnian
   - Chinese
   - French
   - Greek
   - Hebrew
   - Italian
   - Japanese
   - Korean
   - Polish
   - Russian
   - Spanish
