Slitting throats and draining the blood are the same no matter how you want to spin it!!! They both are barbaric to my American sensibilities!!! I know for a fact that if someone did not kill/prepare the meat for me, i would be a vegetarian ... but I grew up eating meat and far removed from the killing of the animals!!!
