And so has Gingrich. If you go and look even at your links, you will see that Gingrich claims FDR was the most "Effective" President, by means of procedure. Still, like Gutzman, you refuse to acknowledge Gingrich's criticisms of FDR, just as you refuse to acknowlege Gutzman's outright liberal far left extremist lie that Gingrich supported "Cap & Trade". Gingrich never did, and the one comment he made on Frontline demonstrates that Gutzman has an agenda for even making such a claim.
