What about the debates? Trumps hopefully will be gnarling and snarling all over clinton. Will she even participate? We know that Obama can't extend his term legally nor be considered for a third term. Is there a legal precedent established in the event hillary dies or is too incapacitated to continue running as to who can run in her place? Would it be kaine?
