Hmmmmm.....I don't know that this situation has ever happened before, (Assuming that it does!) but I "would think" that the Democrats are stuck with Hil; at least on the ballot. I don't see how most States, (with their rules) could somehow make an amendment to change who could, or could not bee added (0r subtracted).
