Depends on the severity. But she in no way had anything remotely resembling pneumonia severe enough on Friday to cause her episode today IMO. Also, I just learned from Keith's post that the woman holding her up is her doctor; didn't know that. You can see her taking her pulse and then doing stand-up checks in those pictures.
If you look closely at the wipeout video, her upper body was rigid and "jerking" right before she goes down. That's neurologic - not respiratory.
