Are they? Are Child Support payments Public Records?
Are your Tax Records Public? If so, why do Candidates have to "release" them to the Public in order for us to see them? And there are Laws about Public Servants using Public funds in this manner... Why do you suppose there is an Investigation into what was looked at? If they are Public Records, why do you suppose they would have to do that? They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.
