Depends holly... If you Sell them, while they are down, you likely take a Loss. But if you hold them, or better yet buy more (Dollar cost average), when they recover you can make money by Selling, or Hold to see if they go further up. Or Buy more as it goes up and further Dollar cost average... Or, if you don't believe the Market is going to do well, you Sell and move your money to other Investments, that you believe will give better, or safer returns for your risk.
