That's comparable to a company deciding not to advertise during the Super Bowl because the prospective business that the ad would create might be overwhelming... Structurally there would need to be planning, kids would need to enroll a year or so early, accommodations would need to be made. Nothing impossible, this isn't Chinese algebra.
