I think the straw man argument that is being used the most is that people are registered in more than one state. I am sure that in 1994 when I moved to NJ, I was still on the books in Brooklyn ... no idea how often they purge the lists ... there was even a news story that Ivanka and her husband sere registered in two states, but had recently moved!!! As long as you don't vote in two or more states, I believe it is very much possible to be registered in more than one ... that's not a crime, voting twice is!!! Now if they can prove that happened, then there is a case!!!
