I think the system basically works, I personally have no issue with a voter I.D. card, in all my years of voting in NY and NJ, I have never had to prove who I was, I pointed to my name in a book and signed next to a copy of my signature. What if i just said I was someone and was able to copy their signature because it's right there in front of me in a book!!!
