So you have your own fears lies and preconceived notions I take it we're not a direct democracy we live in a republic our Constitution was conceived and written and ratified to limit what government can do to or effect individuals. This is a sovereign nation and yes if you're not a citizen or don'texercise your "right" to vote if you are a citizen then you have no standing to say anything.
