The insurance companies have the most beautiful skyscrapers in town. Overstaffed. They are essentially gamblers and when one element of damage occurs we all pay higher rates. I don't live in a flood plain or fire hazard yet people keep returning and rebuilding in these perilous sites. I just offer it up.
