The whole myth about Indians being environmentally friendly, and having their lands stolen from them by the White Man is a bit misleading too.
First, let's not forget that most Indians have never built a structure larger (or taller) than the size of a Teepee....Their construction materials was animal skin and tree branches. There were no written languages (until literally decades after Europeans arrived to the North American continent); the only way to create fire was by lightning strikes; and Indians didn't even fathom the concept of a wheel! Indians polluted the lands that they occupied, and when it became so nasty that it was uninhabitable, they moved upstream....
